Assemblin Electrical through Assemblin Charge has signed one of the region south's largest framework agreements for electric vehicle (EV) charging with Parkering Malmö. The agreement covers the sale, delivery, installation and commissioning of up to 3,000 charging points over a period of up to four years.
Assemblin Electrical acquires Stefanssons El AB through an asset deal and thereby strengthens its delivery capacity in Gävle. The company has an annual revenue of 8 MSEK and five employees.
Assemblin Electrical has been commissioned to carry out all electrical and safety installations at the extensive expansion of Ahlsell's logistics center in Hallsberg.
