Sustainable value creating
Our ambition is to run a profitable and healthy business with respect for our environment, and to manage our own and other´s recourses efficiently. This means that we must take care of our employees and other resources we use in our operations and that we must consider the impact that our service and installation solutions give rise to.
Significant sustainability aspects

There are a total of five sustainability aspects that can be divided into three sustainability areas (environment, social responsibility, and responsible business). Sustainability Year 2025
In 2025, the Group continued to develop Group-wide structures for sustainability governance, processes and reporting. A revised double materiality assessment was conducted and approved by the Board. In addition, the Group initiated a climate change analysis in accordance with the framework of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). The first group-wide TCFD assessment is expected to be completed in 2026.
During the year, the Group also completed a climate transition plan in line with the Group's climate goals and the Paris Agreement's commitment to limit global warming to 1.5°C by 2030. The plan is based on division-specific climate action plans. The Group also joined the UN's "Global Compact" initiative and committed to following the UN's universal principles on human rights, labor rights, the environment and anti-corruption.
In light of an EU decision in the first quarter of 2025 to simplify and postpone certain sustainability reporting requirements, the Group revised its sustainability activity plan and postponed certain activities pending the publication of the final version of the amended European Sustainability Reporting Standard (ESRS) and related directives.
