Assemblin acquires KE Rörinstallation and strengthens its heating and sanitation capabilities in Sweden
Assemblin has acquired KE Rörinstallation i Nyköping AB, a Swedish plumbing and HVAC company based in Nyköping, Sweden. The company has annual revenue of approximately SEK 46 million and 10 employees.
The acquisition supports Assemblin Caverion Group’s growth strategy and strengthens Assemblin’s position within cooling, heating and sanitation installations in Sweden, with a particular focus on refurbishment and renovation energy-efficient HVAC solutions in technically demanding buildings.
KE Rörinstallation is headquartered in Nyköping and operates mainly in the Södermanland county and the surrounding areas southeast of Stockholm. Founded in 2019, the company has built a strong regional position through consistent growth, technical expertise, and high-quality project delivery. The company serves commercial and residential property owners as well as construction contractors.
