Sustainability objectives

The Group works in a structured manner with a focus on the sustainability issues that are considered to have the greatest impact on the company and its stakeholders.

An important tool in this work is the internal objectives that have been established at both the group and divisional levels. Currently, a climate target is the only objective communicated externally.

Stakeholder views and interests

A structured dialogue with the Group's stakeholders and active monitoring of the external environment are crucial to understanding the full impact of the business and ensuring that the Group is and remains an attractive business partner. Involving stakeholders is also important for the double materiality assessment.

The Group's stakeholder dialogue focuses on gathering information about interests and opinions among its own workforce and employees in the value chain, but also includes views from other important stakeholders such as shareholders, investors and customers. Both positive and negative issues are handled.

More information about the stakeholder dialogue is presented in the Group's sustainability report.
