MAX IV

Assemblin is responsible for heating, sanitation, sprinkler and process installations at the high-tech Max IV synchrotron light laboratory in Lund, southern Sweden.

Client

This is a world-class research lab, making Lund an international centre for research in materials science, energy and biotechnology.

Assemblin has met some tough challenges in the project, primarily as regards the sensitivity to vibrations and noise, which meant that all the pumps, fans and pipes had to be vibration-damped. Full-scale test systems have been installed to plan production and optimise the technical solutions to minimise vibrations and noise.

Eko-logi

Eko-logi is Sweden’s only residential area that has met the requirements to be certified in accordance with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, the Miljöbyggnad Guld scheme and the passive building standard FEBY12. Assemblin has contributed innovative and efficient solutions in heating and sanitation.

Luminary

Putting comfort first in the new tower block in Tampere in Finland has paid off with flats selling at a record pace. When Skanska started the construction of two new residential buildings near the Tampere railway station, the goal was to create apartments that offer their residents the best urban living experience in the heart of the city. The flats were equipped with Fidelix home automation system.

Helsinki Olympic Stadium

The extensive improvement and renovation project of the Helsinki Olympic Stadium lasted for almost four years. It started in early 2016 and the inauguration took place in August 2020. Assemblin has been involved in the renovation project as an electrical installer since 2017.
