Stockholm Waterfront

When Stockholm Waterfront near the central station was finished in 2010, the city had a new congress hall with capacity for 3,000 delegates, suitable for both local and international events.

The facility also includes a hotel and an office building.

Assemblin was commissioned to carry out installations for water, sanitation, comfort cooling and heating in the congress part. The project was conducted as a general contract. The end client was Peab and the main contractor was Fastighets AB Bangården.

Ullevi Office Arena

Assemblin in Gothenburg was the total contractor for the heating and sanitation installations at Ullevi Office Arena in central Gothenburg. The complex comprises two buildings with eight and sixteen floors respectively.

Friends Arena

Friends Arena is now finished, and it is the biggest, most modern and most flexible arena in the Nordic region. Assemblin was commissioned as the ventilation contractor, a project that was a partnering total contract.

Swedbank Stadion

Assemblin was the contractor for the ventilation, cooling and heat pumps, as well as control and regulation, when football club Malmö FF’s new home ground, Swedbank Stadion, was being built.
