Cleantech company CirChem has developed a concept for purifying mixtures of chemical solvents and has also completed a first full-scale plant. The plant, which is unique of its kind, has been designed in collaboration with Assemblin, which has also been appointed as the turnkey contractor.
At the 24-hour Flamingo in Finland, you can shop, eat in a restaurant, stay in a hotel or swim in the waterpark. The entertainment centre, located in Vantaa near Helsinki, is now undergoing a thorough upgrade to increase its energy efficiency.
Eko-logi is Sweden’s only residential area that has met the requirements to be certified in accordance with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, the Miljöbyggnad Guld scheme and the passive building standard FEBY12. Assemblin has contributed innovative and efficient solutions in heating and sanitation.
In February 2018, Uppsala Science Park’s new creative meeting space – Hubben – was inaugurated. Together with other contractors, Assemblin is able to confirm that the high demands have been met and that the project has been nominated for Sweden’s Building of the Year 2018.
The transformation of the former submarine hall, "Ubåtshallen", into a modern, energy-efficient office building is one of the projects that was nominated for Sweden’s Building of the Year in 2017. Assemblin contributed a new energy-efficient ventilation solution to the project.
When the zero-energy neighbourhood Solallén was being built in Växjö, Assemblin contributed with heat and sanitation installations. This included, among other things, free cooling, which is a sustainable way to create a comfortable indoor climate. In 2017, the project was named one of Sweden’s most sustainable.
Assemblin’s Internet of Things solution for Säffle parish reduces both costs and environmental impact by automating the heating of the parish’s buildings. It also preserves the antiquarian value of the old churches.
Assemblin has completed a general contract at the new Träffpunkt school in Stadsskogen, Alingsås, western Sweden.
