Susanne Ekblom new Board member of Assemblin
At the Annual General Meeting on 15 April 2019, Susanne Ekblom was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors of Assemblin.
Susanne Ekblom (born 1966) currently serves as the President and CEO of Vectura Fastigheter AB, and previously worked as the CFO of Investor AB and the CFO of SVT, as well as in various positions in the Scania Group. Independent of both the shareholders and the company, she has also been appointed as chair of Assemblin’s Audit Committee.
“Susanne will be an excellent addition to our Board, especially with her background as CFO. We are very much looking forward to making use of her experience and know how,” says Mats Wäppling, Chairman of the Board of Assemblin.
After the change, the Board of Directors of Assemblin consists of six members: Mats Wäppling (chairman), Susanne Ekblom, Leif Gustafsson, Mats Jönson, Young Kim and Anders Thulin.
“I think it will be tremendously exciting to work with Assemblin. The company is in an exciting phase, and I am looking forward to continuing to develop its operations together with the rest of the Board and Group Management,” Susanne Ekblom says.
