Assemblin wins a large installation contract in the Government Quarter in Oslo
After participating in the planning phase, Assemblin Norway has also received the installation assignment for technical pipe systems in the basement level under the Government Quarter in Oslo. The assignment will be Assemblin Norway's largest heating and sanitation project and one of the Assemblin Group's ten largest ongoing projects.
In March 2020, Assemblin entered into a collaboration agreement with the main contractor Veidekke for participation in the planning phase (phase 1) of the construction project “K201 Kjeller”, which is a new basement level under the new Government Quarter. The project has now entered the production phase (phase 2), and Assemblin has been contracted to install qualified heating and sanitation systems that include industrial pipe systems, for which Assemblin uses its cutting-edge expertise in industrial services in Sarpsborg.
“The new Government Quarter is one of the largest Norwegian construction projects ever and we are very proud to be part of this development project. The project is expected to be completed during the winter of 2025.
