Management changes in Assemblin Finland

Vesa Harju has been appointed as new Manager of the business area Energy in Assemblin Finland and will take a seat in the Finnish management team.

Vesa Harju, M.Sc. (Tech.) born in 1985, has a solid experience and great expertise in energy efficiency and life cycle services. Prior to Assemblin, he has worked as an energy expert at Empower Oy and Siemens Osakeyhtiö, and LeaseGreen Suomi Oy in design, sales and development. He has also previously worked at Assemblin and now chooses to come back as Business Area Manager.

– I am one of the co-founders of Assemblin's unit for energy efficiency and life cycle services, and I have been involved in developing the business and operating models. When this Business Area Manager role became vacant, the decision to return to Assemblin was easy. The enormous potential, high competence and wonderful atmosphere of the unit were the key factors for my decision, Vesa Harju commented.

Harju started at Assemblin on August 13, replacing Isto Hietanen, who has left the company.

– I am very pleased that a talent like Vesa Harju chooses to come back to Assemblin. He has a comprehensive knowledge of energy efficiency and is an experienced leader, and he will be able to further develop our successful energy business, Magnus Eriksson, Manager and President of Assemblin in Finland, commented.

Vesa Harju believes that the installation industry, and Assemblin in particular, has great growth potential – especially within the energy sector.

– Assemblin offers something no one else can offer: a savings guarantee and the best experts. In Assemblin, we have vast experience and knowledge of all the technical systems for a buildings’ entire life cycle under one roof. I look forward to helping to develop the business and Assemblin further, Vesa Harju commented.
