Assemblin invests in new qualified leadership training

Skills development is a key issue for Assemblin. The company is now investing in a group-wide leadership training programme that has been developed in partnership with Stockholm School of Economics. The first round of training will start in May this year.

Assemblin wishes to be the industry’s most attractive employer for the industry’s best employees. This can be achieved by the company offering interesting tasks in exciting projects, a healthy culture and safe work environment, and through employee development and internal career opportunities.

“There needs to be good opportunities for competent, committed and responsible employees to develop and grow within Assemblin. The fact that we have a good skills development programme is, therefore, important to us. There have been well-developed development programmes in our business areas for a while, and we are now adding to these with a new qualified leadership programme,” says Lennart Petersson, Assemblin.

Assemblin Talent Program has been developed with the Stockholm School of Economics, and the participants have been handpicked by the management teams of the business areas. The first training starts in May 2018 and runs for eight months. It will then be held on a regular basis.

“Having good managers is vital for our continued success, and Assemblin Talent Program is an important initiative. The training program is one of the best available on the market. We are convinced that this will help to develop the participants, as well as Assemblin as a company,” says Lennart Petersson.
