Assemblin and Bixia enter into a strategic partnership to accelerate electrification in Sweden

Assemblin Electrical through Assemblin Charge has signed a nationwide strategic cooperation agreement with the electricity trading company Bixia. The agreement covers the installation and maintenance of electric vehicle charging stations for Bixia's customers. The collaboration also means that Assemblin can offer its customers favorable electricity trading agreements through Bixia.

Through the agreement, Assemblin Charge and Assemblin Electrical become Bixia´s strategic partners for the delivery of charging infrastructure. Together, the parties provide an integrated, comprehensive offering where electricity trading and charging solutions are combined in a scalable and future-proof business model.

“We are very excited to enter into a strategic partnership with Bixia. Together we can offer a comprehensive solution that makes it easier for customers to take the step towards electrification. The combination of our charging infrastructure and Bixia's offering in electricity trading create strong and long-term customer value,” says Jonas Klarén, CEO of Assemblin Electrical, SVP.

The partnership is based on a clear division of responsibilities where Assemblin is responsible for the installation, operation and service of charging stations, while Bixia contributes with competitive and sustainable electricity contracts. By bringing together expertise in both energy and infrastructure, the collaboration enables an efficient and cohesive customer journey – from analysis and investment to operation and follow-up.

“We see an increased need for simple and accessible solutions for electric car charging among our customers. Through this partnership with Assemblin, we strengthen our offering and can deliver a complete energy solution that includes both electricity and charging infrastructure,” says Stefan Takac, Business Area Manager, Bixia.

The collaboration is aimed at companies as well as property owners and housing associations and represents an important step in meeting the rapidly growing demand for electrification and integrated energy solutions.
