Assemblin to design ventilation and sprinkler solutions in connection with the remodelling of Ryhov Hospital in Jönköping
Assemblin has been commissioned by NCC Building Sweden to design and install ventilation and sprinkler technology in connection with the completion of the Accident and Emergency facility at Ryhov Hospital in Jönköping. The order for the first sub-project of the installation assignment is estimated at about SEK 30 million.
The central complex at the Ryhov County Hospital was originally built in the 1980s and is now to be upgraded to be able to meet new needs in healthcare and society. The current Accident and Emergency department is to be rebuilt and expanded, and as a preparation, other departments are now to be modernized to free up space for future work with the Accident and Emergency department. In this sub-project, Assemblin has been commissioned by NCC to assume responsibility for designing, planning and installing ventilation and sprinkler systems. The sub-project will be run as a collaborative project.

The assignment includes three sub-projects with the ultimate objective of the new Accident and Emergency facility being completed by the end of 2028. Sub-project 1 is now entering detailed design and production and is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2026.
