Assemblin strengthens its position in southern Sweden by acquiring Lindsells
Assemblin Ventilation has acquired ventilation service company Lindsells AB (“Lindsells”) with operations in the region of Skåne, 13 employees and annual sales equivalent to about SEK 30 million.
Lindsells AB was established in 2010 and has, since then, developed into a reputable installation and service company that offers energy-optimised solutions in ventilation, as well as in cooling, heating and gas. From the company’s base in Löddeköpinge, operations are conducted throughout the region of Skåne. Lindsells has a broad customer base comprising tenant-owner housing associations, private customers, property owners and other companies.
“Lindsells is a stable and reputable service company offering energy optimisation expertise for a customer segment with great opportunities but in which we are not currently very strong. Lindsells will provide a fine complement to our current ventilation operations, strengthen the offering to Assemblin’s customers. Accordingly, this acquisition brings us great satisfaction,” says Håkan Ekvall, President and Business Area Manager at Assemblin Ventilation.
