Assemblin’s majority shareholder, Triton Fund IV (“Triton”), has initiated a process to explore strategic alternatives for its investment in Assemblin, including a public listing. There is no formal timetable for this process and no decision related to strategic alternatives has been made at this time.

The company does not expect to make additional public comment regarding these matters at this time. As the review is conducted, Assemblin remain focused on executing its strategy and serving its clients.
