Three prestigious assignments for Assemblin Norway
This spring, Assemblin Norway was entrusted with the task of assisting in the planning of heating and sanitation solutions in three exciting new partnering projects in Oslo. The assignment entails the possibility, in a later phase, of also performing installations estimated at a total value of approximately NOK 800 million, of which some NOK 130 million has already been contracted for the implementation phase.
The new projects are all located in the Oslo area and will run for several years, some of them through 2026.
- The new Storbylegevakta hospital project, in which Assemblin has been assigned the planning and implementation of heating and sanitation installations. Client: Skanska Norge AS.
- Reconstruction and renovation of the government quarter (basement and energy and heating systems), in which Assemblin initially has been assigned the planning of heating and sanitation installations. Client: Veidekke.
- Construction City in Ulven, a new office cluster for the construction industry, in which Assemblin initially has been assigned the planning of heating and sanitation installations. Client: Construction City Eiendom AS.
The three current projects are partnering projects in which Assemblin will enable the development of installation solutions in close collaboration with both clients and builders.
