New Head of Finance at Assemblin in Finland

Mikael Franck has been appointed as Head of Finance at Assemblin Oy in Finland and will be part of the Finnish Management Team.

Assemblin Oy represents about 6 per cent of the Nordic Assemblin Group, which in total has nearly SEK 9 bn in netsales and 6,700 employees in Finland, Sweden and Norway.

During his career, Mikael Franck (b. 1968) has been responsible for a number of financial management functions and sales startups for multinational companies. He has worked, for example, as CFO of Nissan Nordic and Country Manager in Finland and Sweden. At Veho, Franck was responsible for importing Mercedes-Benz passenger cars and before joining Assemblin he worked as Sales Director for Menevä Oy. Franck has extensive experience in major projects and service management as well as solid financial knowledge and expertise.

– During my career I have had multi-functional responsibility with strong focus on finance. Since the building services sector currently is developing rapidly I am very excited about my new assignment. Assemblin is a company of great talent and a lot of knowledge, and I´m looking forward to being part of the team, Mikael Franck commented.

Until now, Magnus Eriksson, President of Assemblin in Finland, has also acted as Head of Finance in the Finnish operations.

– The appointment of Mikael Franck will strengthen our organization further. After a couple of weak years, we delivered strong results in 2018, and we are determined to hold on to that track. Franck's strong financial knowledge and general understanding also frees me up for other tasks, Magnus Eriksson commented.
