Assemblin strengthens its ventilation expertise through an acquisition in Sweden
Assemblin Ventilation acquires GSJ VENTService AB and strengthens its service and maintenance capacity in Jönköping and surrounding areas. The company has an annual revenue of approximately SEK 21 million and nine employees.
GSJ VENTService AB, "Ventsab", was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Jönköping with operations throughout the Småland region. The company specializes in ventilation maintenance, renovation, remodeling, and extension projects primarily for private and municipal property owners.
