Assemblin launches advanced training for management of large, complex projects
Assemblin seeks to be the most attractive employer for the best employees in the industry – accordingly, skills development is a priority. The Group-wide training program, Assemblin Academy, is now being supplemented with an advanced training for management of large projects.
To be able to develop and deliver best solutions in the industry, Assemblin works actively to attract, develop and retain the best employees in the industry. This is achieved in several ways, mainly by offering interesting tasks and exciting projects in a healthy, stimulating and beneficial working environment, but also by offering skills development and internal career opportunities. For this reason, well-developed skills development programs exist in each of the business areas and, for the past few years, advanced training has also been arranged jointly within the framework of the Assemblin Academy. This is now being expanded with an advanced course in management of large, complex projects.

The project management course has been designed specifically for Assemblin and has been developed in collaboration with the Stockholm School of Economics. The first course for project managers will commence in September and continue over a six-month period.
