Assemblin expands offer within security through acquisition of Norrköpings Låsverkstad
An important technical discipline in Assemblin is security where the group is one of Sweden’s leading players. The acquisition Norrköpings Låsverkstad AB (Norrköpings Låsverkstad) with an annual turnover of SEK 9.5m strengthens and complements Assemblin’s security offering in the Östergötland region, in Sweden.
Norrköpings Låsverkstad was founded in 2008 and is today a well-established security company with key competencies within locks and fittings. The company operates in Norrköping, Linköping and Nyköping. Notable customers include Phoniro (Assa Abloy), a number of local construction and electrical companies as well as real-estate owners.
– The acquisition of Norrköpings Låsverkstad means that we can both broaden and expand our service business in Norrköping, Linköping and Nyköping. As a more multi-skilled player we can win more types of installation projects and increase the scope of our aftermarket offer.
